I have more than 20 years of experience in finance and controlling by German, American and British companies in an international environment. I have both general management experience leading large and small teams of people in multiple countries using different currencies, different statutory accounting standards, different ERP systems and consolidating using  US GAAP or IFRS in different branches I know your problems and practical solutions to them.
